Not down,but then again not up. Which is a good thing--because last week I had my period and when I have my period I eat. And I eat. And I eat.
And then I eat some more.
I'll do better this week. Especially if I keep doing things like I did today--namely spilling half of my taco salad onto the office carpet. Saved about 4 or 5 Weight Watchers points right there. Ack.....
