I've only lost half a pound this week officially. In truth, there was another pound gone yesterday, but menstrual bloat (and accompanying eating of too much salty food) has set in, and I have to go by what the scale says on weigh-in day.
I'm not worried because I'm losing weight and I know that I can live with what I'm doing long term.Any way of eating that can survive restaurant meals, binges on the office M&M jar, stress over family things and everything else that is real life is something for the long run.
My only regret is that I didn't try this sooner.
